Long Service Life

The continuous plant employs a horizontal pyrolysis reactor, which is designed with a “U-shape” tube inside. Besides, it is not heated by the fire directly. It can improve the pyrolysis efficiency and prolong the service life of the reactor.

How Does Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant Work?

1. Pre-treatment

As mentioned above, the continuous system has strict requirements for feeding raw material. For example, you need a wire drawing machine to pull wires out first and cut into small pieces into 2 cm for tyre recycling. This is different from the batch pyrolysis machine, for which you can even put the whole tire inside.

2. Feeding System

The feeding system for a fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant is automatic. Obviously, it can greatly save your labor force input. Also, it will be more effective to save your time.

3. Pyrolysis Process

After feeding, you can fuel the chamber to heat the reactor. The fixed reactor design makes the temperature rise and pyrolysis react quickly. When the temperature reaches 200 degrees, oil gas will be generated and enter the gas separator. Then the heavy components will be collected in the sludge oil tank, while the light oil gas will go through oil condenser to be liquefied. Meanwhile, the unliquefied hot gas enters the hydroseal for desulfuration and purification. After that, the purified combustible gas will be reused to heat the reactor to lower your tyre pyrolysis plant cost.

4. De-dusting System

While the tail gas will go through the condenser system to cool down and then be purified by the powerful spray tower. Generally, the de-dusting system is equipped with water washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption, activated carbon adsorption, etc. And we will design this system on the basis of your local emission standard.

5. Discharging

The discharging system is also automatic. You can collect carbon black and steel wire from the discharging system during the pyrolysis process. And with a water cooling system, it can make sure your working condition safe.
