Working Process of Batch Pyrolysis Plant
For batch pyrolysis system, you don’t need to buy much pre-treatment equipment. Just put the raw material into the pyrolysis reactor manually or with a feeder. After feeding, heat the reactor to a certain working temperature and then the oil gas will be generated. Then the oil gas will enter the gas separator to separate heavy oil and pyrolysis oil. The unliquefied combustible gas goes to the hydroseal. After desulfuration and purification, it can be used to heat the reactor. Meanwhile, the exhaust gas will go through the flue condenser to cool down and be purified with spray tower, water washing, ceramic ring adsorption, etc. After the reactor cools down, you can discharge the carbon black.
