1. Plate feeder: this part is mainly used to feed various materials and convey the raw materials to uniform distributing machine.
Main Characters:
The design of the framework garbage belt conveyor without embedded foundation, expansion bolt, easy installation, not spread during transport material; long service life; high transmission efficiency; low noise; easy to heat and compact structure.
2. Uniform distributing machine: this device is used to scatter the nubbly wastes, which will be beneficial for the subsequent steps to run smoothly and efficiently, and it also can improve the quality of sorted products.
3. Bag breaker: bag breaker also has played a primary role in the whole waste sorting system. The machine can break the plastic wrapping paper to scatter larger solid wastes. In this way, each part of materials can be processed.
4. Rotary screening machine: rotary screening machine can be said a sales point of Beston solid waste disposal plant. It is mainly used to sort organic materials; and then according to size of holes, we can divide solid waste into two parts: one is larger than 50mm and the other one is smaller than 50mm. Moreover, these two parts of materials will pass through the suspension type magnetic separator respectively. And the organic materials under the layer can be used to compost, and the materials which are larger than 50mm will be further sorted.
5. Comprehensive winnowing machine: this kind of machine can sort many kinds of materials including three parts: light waste plastic, heavy materials and secondary heavy materials. Generally, it is equipped with two big size blowers, and then mainly utilizes the gravity of material to collect the light waste plastic, heavy materials and secondary heavy materials in different places. After that we also has set three manual sorting platforms to prick out the useful materials from the end products, which can further guarantee the quality of final products. The installation of comprehensive winnowing machine has largely increased the sorting efficiency of automatic sorting machine.
6. Automatic packing machine: the last step is the automatic packing machine, which is mainly used to pack the end products for selling directly. Using automatic packing machine can reduce the used space of light waste plastic.
Application of End Products of Solid Waste Disposal Equipment
1. Waste Light Plastic
In general, the sorted waste plastic can be divided into two kinds. The one is PET bottles, and the other one is plastic films.
* According to the different materials, we will use several different methods to further process these waste plastics. PET bottles can be processed into flakes, and then reprocessed into fibers, which can be used for producing clothes, pillow inner, bolster.
* The plastic film can be also further processed in different methods: one is that it can be recycled into plastic granules by plastic recycling machine; another one is to be converted to plastic oil and carbon black by plastic to oil pyrolysis machine. Moreover, these end products, such as plastic granules, fuel oil and carbon black, all can be sold directly. If our clients want to gain higher marketing value, they can further process the fuel oil into diesel that can be used in the vehicle, and the carbon black can be ground into fine carbon powder, which can be used as an additive.
2. Metal and Organic Material
The metal materials can be sold to melting industry directly; as for organic materials, they are always used to make natural fertilizer that will improve the quality of soil.
3. Earth and Stone
These materials can be processed into brick by brick maker line.
