Recently, Beston waste rubber pyrolysis plant in Korea has been successfully installed. This is a semi-continuous pyrolysis plant, which can process 15 to 20 tons of raw materials. Moreover, this is our second pyrolysis plant in Korea. The first one is a plastic waste pyrolysis plant, which was installed in 2017. Here are some pictures from the installation site.
For the moment, the basic installation is done. After commissioning, the waste rubber pyrolysis plant is expected to be put into use soon. We are looking forward to more good news from our customer there.
As you know, the pyrolysis plant is used to process various raw materials, including waste tyre, rubber, waste plastic, oil sludge, etc. In general, the pyrolysis process and design are similar. For now, we have 4 models of waste pyrolysis machines for sale, namely BLJ-6, BLJ-10, BLJ-16 and BLL-20. Due to the different working methods, we group them into batch, semi-continuous and fully continuous plants, which can dispose of 6 to 24 tons of raw materials.
