The SPP-MSW automated water processing system recovers:

Mixed Paper Pulp
Polystyrene
PE/PP Film
RDF

The Conveyor Belt rinse waste from the Pre-treatment output (PE, PP, OPP, PET, PVC, Styrofoam, Paper, Fibre, ....) is fed into the Main Processing Equipment by the Conveyor.

The Shredder and Grinder break down the waste into a uniform consistency.

The Wind Blower Separator removes the unrecoverable sedimentation such as sand, rocks, glass, wire etc.

The Gravity Separator separates out the Styrofoam, rubber, leather, textiles and heavy plastics from the processing stream.

The Sonic Grinder recovers the paper pulp.

The Plastic Film Separator recovers the PE and PP film.

The Cylindrical Screener (fine mesh) separates the remaining lightweight Styrofoam.

The Centrifugal Plastic Dryer, the Wind Blower Plastic Dryer, Hydraulic Dryer and Stir Drier cleans and dries the plastic film and pellets for onward processing into pallets.
