Waste Gasification Combustion System

Summary:

One of the world's biggest pollution problems - discarded tires - about 300-million of them each year can be turned into usable fuel. Discarded used tires are increasing annually by 20% and is causing concern for local authorities and manufacturers. Utilising the Waste gasification combustion system, used tires can be disposed of safely and the generated heat can be used effectively.

  • No preprocessing - discarded old tires can load into the furnace without any processing.
  • The process is completely thermal dry distillation therefore the combustion gas can easily be utilized.  The ash residue is minimal and can be reused or landfilled.
