Lyns Ltd introduces the world’s first automated MSW recycling plant - the SPP Series.
It will automatically sort and produce recyclable materials for resale without pollution.

The patented SPP Series brings new technology to an old problem of how to turn domestic and industrial waste into profit without pollution. With the SPP Series, the pay back period for the plant is fast. Besides recycling we have a Pyrolysis Fuel System and complete plastic recycling plants.

The SPP Series recycling plant will separate, sort and produce paper pulp, plastic pellets, organic pellets, RDF etc for you to sell on. Waste from Kitchen, Landfills, Construction and Paper Mills are very similar to the above, only in a different ratio, so when we mention SPP (Separation Plastic Paper) it will cover these wastes as well.

  • Paper Waste is separated from non paper products such as staple pins, plastic laminate, tape, and processed
    into mixed paper pulp.
  • Organic Waste is recovered and processed into dehydrated organic beads. Styrofoam products and ferrous metals are recovered as recyclable polystyrene and scrap metal.
  • Plastic waste is recovered and separated into light plastic (PE, PP) and heavy plastic (PVC, PET, OPP). Light plastic is further processed into plastic film, while heavy plastic is processed into refuse derived fuel (RDF).
  • With the SPP-MSW Series, the environmental and economic impact of MSW disposal is considerably less than traditional methods, since only a fraction of the incoming waste is ultimately transported and disposed of through incineration or landfills.
