  • The designer has 17 years experience in this field - 15 Taiwan patents, 7 China patent and 1 US patent, 1 Japan patent .
  • Our recycle equipment is only 1/5 price of incinerator.
  • Plastic and Paper pulp output from the SPP series is of the highest quantity (almost all paper and plastic is recycled)
  • SPP (Separation Plastic Paper equipment) – can produce
    1.) clean plastic film, pellets (PP/PE) purity of 99.8%
    2.) paper pulp purity above  90%
    3.) polystyrene 
    4.) refuse derived fuel (RDF)
  • SPP equipment is about 250 meter long -  requires only 7~8 person to operate
  • The SPP equipment will produce high quality plastic pellets from which a variety of plastic products can  be produced. Plastic pallets are in the highest demand: for example 7 Far East international seaports has a requirement of 80 million containers per annum, and at least 10~20 pallets are used per container. You can see how big the market is!
  • Our design factory produces about 1.5 million pieces of plastic pallets per annum.
  • Traditional plastic pallet requires expensive plastic to produce and ours are manufactured from recycled waste.
  • Waste 500 Tons/day produces 50 Tons /day plastic output daily.
  • To build a recycle factory takes about 8 months and pay back period is 3 years.
  • Machine lead time is about 4 months after receiving funds.
  • Installation takes about 2~3 months.
  • Land requirement is 20,000 ~30,000 square meters, factory requires 5,000 square meters.
  • Maintenance cost about USD20,000 / month.
  • No new pollution.
  • No competition because all over the world using manual recycling, only this whole system automatically recycle,  for example 3,000 different items of plastic extract and we can obtain plastic purity of 99.8%.
  • Factory side will instruct how to install the equipment but not technology transfer.
  • Equipment transportation via sea shipment container - about 30 containers.
  • It is unable to generate power
  • No pollution.
  • Land benefit:  after using our recycle equipment process -
    1.) life of equipment is between 10~20 years but can be extended for a further 10~20 years.
    2.) also obtain paper pulp for resale.
  • Regarding certification - every countries is different.
    for example US, requires UL for the motors or circuits, pipes -  in this instance locally purchased UL approved motors will be purchased.

MSW waste is a complex mixture of:

    • Kitchen waste: Food residues, vegetables, meat, bones, grease, etc.
    • Wood, plants and foliage: Flowers, branches, leaves, wood chips, wood chopsticks, etc.
    • Glass: bottles, windows, lamps, etc.
    • Sand & Stone: pebbles, sand, stones, ceramics, vases , etc.
    • Textiles: clothing, rags, bedspreads, etc.
    • Leather: bags, shoes, slippers, golf bags, artificial leather, etc.
    • Plastic: PE, PP bags & sacks, bottles, Styrofoam, foam, pipe, DVDs, CDs, tape etc.
    • Rubber: tires, floor mats, shoes, basketball, etc.
    • Paper: stationary, boxes, cartons, labels, newspapers, etc.
    • Metals: iron, cans, hammers, locks, cable, aluminum cans, racks, lanterns, umbrellas , etc.
    • Large Waste: Defective furniture, Bed, etc.
    • Electrical appliances: household, plugs and sockets, circuit boards, TVs, PCs, etc.

You can see from the above, the mixture of waste is very complicated.

Paper Waste is separated from non paper products such as staple pins, plastic laminate, tape, and processed
into mixed paper pulp.

Organic Waste is recovered and processed into dehydrated organic beads. Styrofoam products and ferrous metals are recovered as recyclable polystyrene and scrap metal.

Plastic waste is recovered and separated into light plastic (PE, PP) and heavy plastic (PVC, PET, OPP). Light plastic is further processed into plastic film, while heavy plastic is processed into refuse derived fuel (RDF).

With the SPP-MSW Series, the environmental and economic impact of MSW disposal is considerably less than traditional methods, since only a fraction of the incoming waste is ultimately transported and disposed of through incineration or landfills.

Above is an average for reference only, as it depends on the different percentage of contents.  Landfills recovery dig has lots of debris, so it is not very accurate and the older landfills has less plastic sundries, therefore, the dig quantity will increase.

Kitchen waste, paper , garden, wooden product after being buried for a few years is decomposed and after pre-treatment screening, air separation, magnetic separation, the sand, soil, glass and metal are removed.
The above is according to previous different countries MSW ratios formula calculations. It will vary according to the number of years the waste is buried, all areas have some difference. Taiwan for example, above plastic percentage is 89.3%, but after pre-treatment burial and recycle separation then the plastic percentage is 68%. It is because already buried more than 10 years, and 10 years ago the plastic is less used and those numbers are for reference only

This is calculated according to the average, because the waste is from different paper mills, different equipment then the paper pulp ratio is different. Paper mills discharges waste, water ratio is 50~80%.

 

MSW Contents Characteristics:

A. MSW Contents Gravity characteristics : (water equal 1)
1.) Lighter than water: oil, leaves, wood, Styrofoam, foam plastics, PE, PP, cigarette boxes, chopsticks, etc.
2.) Gravity between 1~2: kitchen waste, leaves, meat, closing, a rag, shoes, tires, rubber, etc.
3.) Gravity above 2: glass bottles, broken glass, stone, ceramic, irons, aluminum, copper, etc.
 

B.  MSW Organic Characteristics:
Food residues, vegetables, meat, oil, leaves, flowers, sticks, cigarette butts, sanitary paper, boxes, etc.

C.  MSW Inorganic Characteristics:
