Pre-treatment Processing

The SPD-LFD Pre-treatment processing is confined within a negative pressure chamber to recover the mixed plastics, which in turn is converted by the main process into Plastic Pellets/Pallets and RDF.

The LFD is fed into Drum Shredder to recover the Sand, Soil and Stones. The Magnetic Separator recovers the Ferrous Metals.

The main processing is not able to process aluminum, plastic containers, PVC Pipe, ....... A Manual Selector Conveyor System is incorporated to remove these prior to the main process.

The Wind Blow Separator separates the heavy materials (Rubber, Carpets, Glass and Ceramics) for RDF or landfill and the lightweight materials (PE, PP, OPP, PET, PVC, Styrofoam, Fibre and Rubber) are converted into Plastic Pellets/Pallets.
